Broccoli rape salad - Insalata di cime di rapa - Stengelkohl-Salat

Broccoli rape. Wash and cook in boiling water for six minutes. Prepare dressing with finely diced onions, garlic and olives, coarse-grained mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve with roasted pine nuts and parmesan shavings. Enjoy lukewarm.

Cime di rapa. Pulire, tagliare a piacere e cucinare sei minuti in acqua bollente. Condire con cipolle, aglio, senape di grana grossa, olive tritate, olio d'oliva, aceto balsamico, sale e pepe. Servite con pinoli arrostiti e trucioli di parmigiano. Gustare come insalata tiepida.

Cime di rapa (Stengelkohl). Waschen, nach Belieben zerkleinern und sechs Minuten in kochendes Wasser kochen. Mit gehackten Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Oliven, grobkörnigem Senf, Olivenöl, Balsamico-Essig, Salz und Pfeffer anmachen. Mit gerösteten Pinienkernen und Parmesanspäne servieren. Als lauwarmen Salat geniessen.
